Tallinn, a capital with about a half million people, has taken an outsized role on the world political stage. The government of Estonia is the unifying force behind the Baltic states’ determination to resist further Russian aggression. They have led the drive to equip Ukraine with as much military hardware as possible and convince all allies and NATO partners of the importance of stopping Putin before he goes further.
